Cancellation and Refund Policy

By accessing or using the Queer Health website and the services we offer, you agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy as stated below.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling
   • More than 2 Days Notice: If you cancel or reschedule with more than 2 days' notice, we will refund the full amount or carry it over to your next appointment.
   • 1 Day Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made the day before the session incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • Same Day Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the session, including no-shows, incur a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows occur if you do not join the session within the first 15 minutes.
2. Payment Timing
   • Payment for sessions must be made within 12 hours of booking to secure your slot. For in-person sessions, payment must be completed within 48 hours of booking.
3. Punctuality
   • Sessions are considered cancelled if the client (adolescent or child) does not attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Notify us of emergencies or last-minute issues promptly.
4. Holiday and Non-Working Days
   • If I am on holiday or unavailable, I will inform you in advance. These days will not count towards working days for cancellation purposes.
5. In-Person Sessions
   • Fees for in-person sessions include therapy fees plus INR 400-600 for the co-working space. Ensure you are aware of and adhere to their cancellation policies.
6. Parent/Guardian Involvement
   • For adolescent sessions, parents or guardians may need to be involved in cancellations or rescheduling. Ensure you communicate any changes as early as possible.
